If you're just doing straight beans, no recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 325.
- Put the beans in a large, ovenproof pot. Cover with water and heat on the stove until the water is hot.
- Take the pot and pop it in the oven for an hour.
- After an hour, add a little salt and stir. Back into the oven for 20-30 minutes.
