Calling all bakers!

Admittedly, this is not a recipe-specific post but I'm looking for bakeware suggestions from the bakers out there. The silicone bakeware I have is beyond awful and I need to replace it. I've heard good things about Baker's Secret and just ordered to 8" cake pans from them to try out. I'd love to hear about what product line(s) work(s) best for you. I'm in the market for a 12 cup muffin tin and a loaf pan as well. Thanks!

I've got Bakers Secret baking sheets and muffin cups, and I like them very much. I don't like the silicone bakingware at all, I've got some, too.

I have some pieces of Williams-Sonoma Goldtouch bakeware: 2 half-sheet pans, 1 cookie sheet, 2 loaf pans, 2 cake pans. The stuff is nonstick. I love it because cookies come off so easily and cleaning it up is a breeze. (Cleanup is especially important to me because I don't have a dishwasher.)

Is this stuff better than some other brand of (less expensive) nonstick? I have no idea. However, I've had my things for at least a few years now, and there are little to no signs of wear, tear, or warping.

I don't have any brand ideas for you, but I do really like my silpat mats that I use on cheap-o grocery store pillow cookie sheets. Cookies come out soft on the inside and just chewy enough on the outside.
mmm...cookies...

I have only cheapo grocery store crap and/or hand-me-downs from my mom that are good quality but heavily used for like 20 years. Tell us what you decide -- I need something to which I can aspire!
